Holly joined Ward Goodman in March 2015 originally working part time whilst studying a degree at Bournemouth University. Upon completing her degree, Holly started full time in May 2017 and began to study for her CIPD qualifications. Holly is now qualified to CIPD level 5 and has 5 years’ experience in payroll and generalist HR. Holly takes pride in providing accurate and timely payroll reports for her clients along with helping clients with any additional payroll needs. In addition to this, internally Holly enjoys advising on HR matters including administering the full employee life cycle, training and development for employees, policy and procedure development and guidance on employment law compliance
Outside of work Holly enjoys being outdoors and active, be it competing at affiliated Show Jumping competitions with her much loved horse Bea, playing netball or long walks with friends.
