Career Bio
Following her gap year Bella joined Ward Goodman in September 2024, where she completed her L3 Business Administration apprenticeship and achieved a distinction. Bella enjoyed the apprenticeship as she gained hands-on experience while studying and gained experience that can not be taught. She especially enjoys the flexibility of her role, and how she is able to assist within each department and develop her knowledge, while supporting clients with their needs and queries. Being in a client-facing position has been especially beneficial for Bella’s confidence in client interactions and being able to apply the learning from her course work to her everyday interactions.
Outside of work Bella enjoys travelling and going on walks around the countryside with her partner. She spends time with her family walking her dog and going on weekends away.
