Financial Services Senior Administrator – Ferndown
Salary up to £25,000

Ward Goodman Financial Services are professional IFA’s who provide independent financial advice, wealth management and retirement planning throughout Bournemouth, Wimborne, Dorset and Hampshire. We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Senior Administrator to join the team.

The person appointed will have already gained experience working within a demanding FS office and be used to supporting IFA’s and Paraplanners, have effective communication and IT skills – Word and Excel are essential, previous knowledge of using 1^st Software is also desirable. You will have proven time management and prioritisation skills as well as the ability to multi-task and deliver a high standard of work and well developed client care skills.

Reporting to the Financial Services Manager you will be responsible for providing a hands-on support service to IFA’s and Paraplanners and for supervising and controlling the work of the other team administrators and ensuring that required performance and quality standards are maintained.

Job Advertisement – WGFS Compliance Consultant

Financial Services Compliance Consultant

Ward Goodman Financial Services Limited are professional IFA’s who provide independent financial advice, wealth management and retirement planning advice throughout Dorset and Hampshire. We are now seeking to appoint a Compliance Consultant to join our growing and highly professional team.

Reporting to the Compliance Director candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the firm is fully compliant in all areas of regulation and will have strong influencing and communication skills, they will be responsible for checking a range of business submitted by the IFA’s / Financial Advisors and providing feedback on changes required to cases. Candidates will also be required to provide technical support to the Advisors, complete and submit all FSA reports in the required timescales and ensure that work is carried out within the regulations and in line with the firm’s TCF principles.

Candidates will come from a compliance background and possess knowledge of FSA legislation particularly TCF and Financial Promotions.

In return candidates can expect to receive a salary up to £35k, depending on experience and qualifications, plus an excellent benefits package and plenty of opportunities and support in order to progress within a growing and successful organisation.
