Working with Ward Goodman Mentors could not be simpler. Mentors meet their clients at a time and location that are convenient to the client; mentor/client sessions are totally confidential.
Our leadership and staff development programmes help develop and align the skills, motivation and mindset of the team with the business owners vision and ambitions.
Mentors offer a free two hour consultation session, which is an opportunity for the client to reflect on their achievements and determine the key strategic and critical issues that need to be addressed to accelerate the achievement of their ambitions.
The clients’ Mentor will outline the way of working and the mentoring and coaching techniques that will most help the client and propose a client specific Mentoring or Coaching programme. A proposal will be provided to the client including the scope, timescales, deliverables and fees.
Regular sessions with the Ward Goodman Mentors help the client maintain a strategic focus despite the operational pressures.
