Our team of specialists have considerable experience in all aspects of business mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and disposals as well as business valuations.
Often we will work closely with solicitors and with our Tax and Financial Services support teams to ensure a joined up and cost effective process. We can also add real value to divorce cases where businesses have to be valued or split.
We will always provide a fixed fee quote for our work so clients know what they are getting and what it will cost.
Occasionally it is not possible to quote. For instance when there are share holder disputes and we are asked to help negotiate a settlement. We will however, always give an indication of costs.
